Smoke Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track their smoke-free journey. The app provides tracking, health benefits visualization, and motivational features to support quitting smoking.

Smoke Tracker is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The app is a supportive tool and should not replace professional medical advice or treatment for nicotine addiction.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and for all activities that occur under your use of the app. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trifoil Trailblazer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Smoke Tracker offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. The following plans are available:

Monthly Premium – billed monthly at the price displayed in the app
Yearly Premium – billed annually at the price displayed in the app
Lifetime Premium – one-time purchase at the price displayed in the app

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Subscriptions. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a current subscription period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Free Trials

Some subscription plans may include a free trial period. If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
